I spent a lot of days as a child talking on the phone to my best friend, Karen, and making up stories with her. I don't remember a time that I didn't want to be a writer. Then I got caught in the current of life and was carried along with its tide, raising a houseful of boys and being a busy mom and wife, having much more fun living life that writing about it. In 2006, my husband and I opened a buisness called "Dreamcatcher Press" that went into schools and turned children's projects into hard or paperback books, unitl we closed our doors in 2015 and I concentrated on what I really wanted to do next...become a published author.
